BBQ rub 1/2 tsp.
red onion, minced 3/4 tsp.
Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
hot sauce 3 dash(s)
dill pickles, minced 3/4 tsp.
BBQ rub to taste
bacon lardons, small-diced, cooked to taste
smoked paprika to taste

  • 1.Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Place yolks in medium bowl.
  • 2.Add mayonnaise, BBQ rub, onion, Dijon mustard and hot sauce to yolks. Stir or purée.
  • 3.Fold pickles into egg mixture.
  • 4.Pipe egg mixture into whites.
  • 5.Garnish eggs with BBQ rub, bacon lardons and paprika.
