vanilla ice cream 3 scoop(s)
malt powder 2 Tbs.
maple syrup 2 tsp.
ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp.

directions

  • 1.Cut French toast vertically into 4 strips.
  • 2.Place 1 strip in 375°F deep fryer. Cook about 10 seconds, or until golden brown. Remove and drain. Set aside.
  • 3.Dice remaining 3 strips of French toast.
  • 4.In blender, place ice cream, malt powder, maple syrup, cinnamon and diced French toast. Blend for 45 seconds, or until smooth.
  • 5.Pour into serving glass.
  • 6.Garnish with fried French toast stick and sprinkle with cinnamon.
