extra sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded 2 oz.
cream cheese 2 oz.
mayonnaise 1/4 cup(s)
garlic powder 1/4 tsp.
ground cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp.
onion powder 1/4 tsp.
jarred pimientos, diced 1 oz.
wheat bread 8 slice(s)

directions

  • 1.In medium bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne, onion powder and pimentos. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated. For best results, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • 2.To prepare sandwich, lightly toast 2 slices of bread.
  • 3.Spread 2 Tbs. of pimiento cheese mixture on bottom toast.
  • 4.Spread 1 Tbs. pimiento cheese mixture on top slice. Store remaining mixture in refrigerator.
  • 5.Place 1 heated egg patty on bottom toast.
  • 6.Add top toast to sandwich and serve immediately.
