cooked pearl couscous, chilled 2 cup(s)
kale, cleaned, chopped 2.5 oz.
golden raisins 1/2 cup(s)
feta cheese, crumbled 2.5 oz.
almonds, roasted, chopped 1/4 cup(s)

directions

  • 1.In medium bowl, combine vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, honey and thyme.
  • 2.Gradually add olive oil, whisking constantly. Reserve vinaigrette.
  • 3.In large bowl, combine scrambled eggs, couscous, kale, raisins, feta and almonds.
  • 4.Toss salad with vinaigrette dressing.
