- 1.In small nonstick pan, scrambel egg whites until cooked and fluffy.
- 2.In small bowl, combine tomato, red onion, granulated garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- 3.To prepare bruschetta, place 4 crostini on serving platter.
- 4.Divide scrambled egg whites between crostini.
- 5.Top egg whites with sausage.
- 6.Top with tomato mixture.
