  • 1.Grill or heat spicy black bean burger.
  • 2.Heat oil in sauté pan over medium heat. Scramble egg whites, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3.Spread hummus on inside of bottom and top bun.
  • 4.Place hot burger on bun bottom.
  • 5.Place eggs on burger.
  • 6.Top with pepper slices and spinach.
  • 7.Add top of bun and serve.
