directions

  • 1.Brush outside of each ciabatta slice with olive oil.
  • 2.Add cheese to bottom slice.
  • 3.Place heated frittata on cheese.

  • 6.Heat panini press. Coat with cooking spray.
  • 7.Place sandwich in panini press. Cook for 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  • 8.Serve immediately.
