directions
- 1.Brush outside of each ciabatta slice with olive oil.
- 2.Add cheese to bottom slice.
- 3.Place heated frittata on cheese.
- 4.Pile arugula on top frittata.
- 5.Add top ciabatta slice.
- 6.Heat panini press. Coat with cooking spray.
- 7.Place sandwich in panini press. Cook for 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- 8.Serve immediately.
