Papetti's® Easy Eggs® Liquid Whole Eggs #91200 1/4 cup(s)
onion, minced 1/2 oz.
salt to taste
pepper to taste
matzo meal 2 Tbs.
slider rolls 3
skirt or flank steak, grilled and sliced 3 oz.

directions

  • 1.In a mixing bowl, combine hash browns, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • 2.Add matzo meal to absorb excess liquid.
  • 3.Form into 3 pancakes and place on 350º F flattop grill.
  • 4.Cook 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • 5.Place one pancake on each slider roll bottom. Top with sliced steak.
  • 6.Add slider roll tops and serve.
