  • 1.Place open-faced omelet on 350º F flattop grill. Warm both sides.
  • 2.Meanwhile, place gyro meat on grill to heat.
  • 3.Remove omelet from grill and place on plate. Pile gyro meat, tomato and onion on omelet.
  • 4.Fold and top with tzatziki sauce and serve.
