fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced 2 slice(s)
Roma tomato, sliced 4 slice(s)
olive oil to taste
kosher salt to taste
black pepper to taste

  • For additional flavor, brush the outside of the bread with pesto before toasting
  • For another version, add sliced turkey


  • 1.Preheat panini press.
  • 2.Spread pesto evenly on insides of bread slices.
  • 3.Place mozzarella over pesto on bottom slice.
  • 4.Top mozzarella with heated egg patty and tomato slices.
  • 5.Drizzle olive oil over tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6.Top sandwich with second slice of bread.
  • 7.Place sandwich in hot panini press. Toast until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from press.
  • 8.Serve immediately.
