heavy cream 1 cup(s)
kosher salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
prepared pie crust, 9'', uncooked 1
fresh spinach, sautéed 5.5 oz.
feta cheese, crumbled 2.5 oz.
lemon zest, finely shredded 1/2 tsp.
Greek yogurt sauce 3/4 cup(s)

  • Add variety with one of the flavor alternatives below:


  • 1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2.In medium bowl, combine whole eggs, egg whites, cream, salt and pepper. Mix well. Reserve.
  • 3.In prepared pie crust, layer spinach on bottom. Add feta cheese. Sprinkle lemon zest on top.
  • 4.Pour egg mixture over all ingredients.
  • 5.Place quiche in hot oven. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until center is set. Remove from oven.
  • 6.Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Cut quiche into 8 wedges.
  • 7.Garnish with Greek yogurt sauce and serve hot.
