prepared pie crust, 9'', uncooked 1
corned beef, diced 3.5 oz.
sauerkraut, drained 1/2 cup(s)
Swiss cheese, shredded 2.25 oz.
Russian dressing 3/4 cup(s)

directions

  • 1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2.In medium bowl, combine whole eggs, egg whites, cream, salt and pepper. Mix well. Reserve.
  • 3.In prepared pie crust, sprinkle corned beef on bottom. Add sauerkraut. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top.
  • 4.Pour egg mixture over all ingredients.
  • 5.Place quiche in hot oven. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until center is set. Remove from oven.
  • 6.Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Cut quiche into 8 wedges.
  • 7.Garnish with Russian dressing and serve hot.
