To make 1 sandwich:
- 1.Split one biscuit and toast on 350º F flattop grill.
- 2.In 350º F deep fryer, cook frozen chicken fingers 7 minutes, or until done.
- 3.Heat egg patty on grill.
- 4.Place two hot chicken fingers on bottom half of biscuit.
- 5.Top chicken with egg patty.
- 6.Add 1 oz. cheese and 1 oz. lettuce.
- 7.Spread about a tablespoon lemonpepper mayonnaise on biscuit top.
- 8.Replace top of sandwich and serve.
