cream cheese 2.25 oz.
roasted red pepper, diced 1 oz.
pickled jalapeños 0.5 oz.
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp.
egg roll wrappers 3
ham, diced 3.5 oz.
green onion, sliced 3

  • 1.Preheat deep fryer to 350°F.
  • 2.In small bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, red peppers, pickled jalapeños and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Set aside.
  • 3.To assemble spring roll, lay egg roll wrapper on flat surface.
  • 4.Place ham in center of wrapper. Add green onions and hard cooked eggs. Add 3 Tbs. cheese mixture.
  • 5.Brush edges of wrapper with liquid eggs. Tuck sides of wrapper over filling and roll forward to close.
  • 6.Place spring roll in hot fryer. Cook 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and hot in center. Remove from fryer. Drain and serve hot.
