Papetti's® Easy Eggs® Liquid Whole Eggs #91200 1 1/2 cup(s)
cinnamon 1 tsp.
brown sugar, divided 1/2 cup(s)
pure vanilla extract 1 Tbs.
all-purpose flour 1/4 cup(s)
pecans, chopped 1 cup(s)
butter 1/4 cup(s)

directions

  • 1.In large mixing bowl, add sweet potatoes, eggs, cinnamon, 2 cups brown sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
  • 2.Place in large casserole dish or individual dishes.
  • 3.Combine remaining ½ cup brown sugar, flour and pecans. Add butter and blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping over sweet potato mixture.
  • 4.Bake at 350º F for 45-55 minutes, or until bubbly and browned.
  • 5.Serve hot.
