  • 1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2.Toast French toast slices.
  • 3.In small bowl, whisk eggs with salt.
  • 4.Heat oil in sauté pan over medium heat. Add eggs and scramble.
  • 5.Assemble sandwich on sheet pan. Top 1 slice of toast with folded slices of ham and turkey.
  • 6.Top with eggs, cheese and caramelized onions.
  • 7.Spread raspberry jam on second slice of toast. Place on top of sandwich.
  • 8.Place in hot oven. Bake 12 minutes, or until cheese melts.
  • 9.Serve hot with béchamel sauce and Parmesan cheese.
