directions
- 1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2.Toast French toast slices.
- 3.In small bowl, whisk eggs with salt.
- 4.Heat oil in sauté pan over medium heat. Add eggs and scramble.
- 5.Assemble sandwich on sheet pan. Top 1 slice of toast with folded slices of ham and turkey.
- 6.Top with eggs, cheese and caramelized onions.
- 7.Spread raspberry jam on second slice of toast. Place on top of sandwich.
- 8.Place in hot oven. Bake 12 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- 9.Serve hot with béchamel sauce and Parmesan cheese.
